Eligibility is assessed by our GPs during your consultation. Generally, GLP-1 medications are suitable for adults with a BMI of 30+ (or 27+ with a weight-related health condition). Our questionnaire will flag any contraindications before you book.
Your free GP-led video consultation is 15 minutes. This is a focused clinical assessment — your GP will review your questionnaire, confirm your medical history, and determine the most appropriate treatment pathway.
If treatment is clinically appropriate, your GP will issue a prescription directly to our regulated pharmacy. Your medication will be dispatched via cold-chain tracked delivery, typically arriving within 2–3 working days.
